Ingredients
1 lb. Shrimp
4 tbsp. Unsalted Butter, divided
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
4 Garlic Cloves, minced
1/4 Cup Chicken Broth
2 tbsp. Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
2 tbsp. Chopped Fresh Parsley, more for garnish
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Garlic Toast
Directions
  1. Bake First Street Garlic Toast per instructions on the box.
  2. Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. 
  3. Mince garlic and add to the skillet. Saute for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.  
  4. Add shrimp to the skillet in an even layer and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp from the heat and set aside. 
  6. Use the same skillet and add 1 tablespoon of butter and the chicken broth. Let it simmer for 1-2 minutes. 
  7. Stir in the leomon juice, red pepper flakes, and the remaining butter, and mix until smooth. 
  8. Add the cooked shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. 
  9. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and stir gently. 
  10. Divide the shrimp and sauce into bowls and serve with the warm garlic bread on the side. Enjoy!
